To enroll in Vislario Talent Solutions course offerings, you will need to fill out an application form. Once we receive your application, we will contact you to schedule an interview and discuss the next steps.
We break down the student journey into the following steps:
Step 1: Apply and interview to join one of our programs
Step 2: Complete training (duration varies by program type)
Step 3: Explore corporate role opportunities through our partner companies
Step 4: Apply and interview for corporate roles of interest
Step 5: Candidates are matched to roles based on best fit
Step 6: Participate in a one-year, full-time apprenticeship with a partner company, with continued support from VTS
Step 7: Conversion to a full-time employee (FTE) role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship (subject to availability)
The curriculum can last anywhere from three to six months to complete. However, there is no fixed “end” to our program. Trainees remain part of our community for as long as they need to grow and succeed. Whether they are ready for placement after six months, one year, or two, we meet them where they are. Not everyone learns at the same pace, and our commitment, to both our trainees and our partners, is to ensure that every individual we place is fully prepared to succeed.
Our cohort sizes are small, typically with no more than 15 trainees per cohort. This allows for more personalized attention and interaction between students and staff.
Eligibility for job placement depends on several factors. When a corporate partner is ready to hire from VTS, we make the opportunity available to all trainees who have successfully completed the required program offerings. We then conduct interviews and match trainees to roles based on their interests, performance, and overall fit.
